The three days of the event will be characterised by:

• talks, round tables and seminars; 
• a startup competition; 
• one-to-one meetings and networking; concerts and events for schools and for the community; 
• barrier-free sports activities for everyone in a dedicated area; 
• a display space with innovative solutions.

Willeasy srl

Willeasy srl is an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise from Friuli, founded in 2018 by William Del Negro, which develops customised digital solutions for accessibility aimed at public administration, businesses, and individuals, and provides consultancy, training courses, and workshops on accessibility and inclusion.. Willeasy has been awarded for developing several innovative solutions, including the first accessibility search engine and the first Open Data system on public transport accessibility.

IO CI VADO APS

IO CI VADO APS was founded in 2017 in Martignacco (Udine) and is committed to spreading the culture of accessibility. It carries out mobility projects and territorial promotion with an inclusive approach, organises accessible events and awareness-raising activities in schools.

The themes of the three days

The programme includes three themed days: 18 September - Linking & Shaping; 19 September - Learning & Empowering; 20 September - Playing & Experiencing 

Thursday 18 September 2025 - Linking & Shaping

Opening of the 2025 edition of Accessibility for Future with the presence of the authorities and inauguration of the event. 

The first day has been designed to create connections and shape a more accessible future, giving substance to ideas and proposals. Companies, public administrations, and third sector entities, both from Italy and abroad, will bring to life a series of talks, seminars, round tables, and meetings to disseminate best practices and make concrete commitments to achieve well-defined objectives.

Friday 19 September 2025 - Learning & Empowering

Day dedicated to training, personal growth, and the promotion of a culture of accessibility. 

The morning is characterised by a concert by the “Ladri di Carrozzelle” for students of lower secondary schools. Training events have been designed for boys and girls of upper secondary schools and universities, as well as specialised training for professionals in the hospitality, catering, and event organisation sectors.

Saturday 20 September 2025 - Playing & Experiencing 

Third day where everyone is a protagonist and each person can come into contact with new worlds that for many may still be unexplored. 

Today, accessibility should no longer be seen as a limitation because everyone has the opportunity to find solutions for travelling, playing sports, moving independently, and creating their own home for independent living. Those who participate will not just be spectators, but can be protagonists.

An event, many souls

During the three days, on the main stage, the “Stage for Change”, in the two smaller rooms and in the “White Room”, reserved for meetings and initiatives not open to visitors, the various panels on the programme will come to life.

The complete programme is still being drafted as it is awaiting confirmations from various speakers and participants in the round tables. The titles may be subject to change.
