Confcooperative Alpe Adria, in collaboration with Eleva Group, organises a seminar dedicated to the theme of employment inclusion for people with disabilities, with the aim of turning a regulatory obligation into a real opportunity for growth, innovation, and social responsibility for businesses.

The meeting will highlight how the collaboration between Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, social cooperatives, and the business sector can generate value, promoting the creation of inclusive career paths.

Agenda

• Regional Fund for the Employment of People with Disabilities: grants for hiring, workplace adaptation, internal/external mentoring, innovative projects, training, etc.
• Agreements under Article 14 of Legislative Decree 276/2003: awarding contracts to type B social cooperatives to fulfill the hiring obligation under Law 68/1999.
• Secondment of disabled personnel: special cases.
• Presentation of Autlabor: a project for training, development, and job placement of people with disabilities in companies obliged under Law 68/1999.

The meeting is designed especially for companies subject to the obligations of Law 68/1999, but also for any organization wishing to strengthen its organizational culture focused on inclusion and the promotion of diversity.
