EVENTO RISERVATO SU INVITO
The availability and use of open data represent a strategic lever to promote inclusion, innovation, and sustainable development. For this reason, within Accessibility for Future 2025, there will be a round table dedicated to Open Data on accessibility, which will see a discussion among experts, companies, public administrations, and transport companies..
The debate will focus on:
- the importance of accessibility data for citizens, businesses, and institutions;
- the opportunities offered by the use of open data in terms of innovation and transparency;
- the adoption and harmonisation of international standards and protocols, the comparison between two standards such as NeTEx and GTFS, essential for ensuring interoperability and accessibility of information.
The aim of the round table is to draft a shared document, conceived as a true manifesto, that gathers the commitments of the participants and defines a roadmap for developing concrete projects. This document will also serve as the basis for official proposals to the Italian Government, with the aim of promoting public policies capable of enhancing the use of open data for accessibility and inclusive mobility..
The round table is therefore proposed as a significant institutional moment, aimed at translating the dialogue between the various actors into tangible and lasting actions..
